Resolution of the XXVI Party Congress of Quang Xuong district for the 2020-2025 tenure sets out a goal to develop Quang Xuong district into a township by 2030. Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just enacted Decision No. 5445/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2021 approving Project on adjustment of construction planning in Quang Xuong district to 2045. Accordingly, by 2045, Quang Xuong district will have 01 industrial park and 09 industrial clusters, with a total area of about 925 hectares. The district will also develop urban areas and coastal tourist areas with a scale of nearly 1,700 hectares in order to become a key tourist area of Thanh Hoa province and the North. In which, there are 10 approved master plans and a number of plannings are being implemented such as: Quang Dinh ecological urban area, New urban area northeast of Tan Phong town, New urban area north of Tan Phong town. The Quang Xuong District Urban Portal would like to briefly introduce a number of approved plans.
